Drew Berweger received his B.S. (magna cum laude) in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College in 2005, and his
J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, receiving a certificate in Technology Commercialization. Prior to joining Scully,
Scott, Murphy & Presser, Mr. Berweger was an intern with General Electric Global Research, where he prepared and prosecuted
patent applications. He also worked with Syracuse University Technology Transfer Office, doing patent and market research.
Mr. Berweger is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and was admitted to the N.Y. State
Bar in 2009.
Mr. Berweger is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

William Chung

William Chung received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a Concentration in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins
University. He received his J.D. from St. John's University in 2006 and was admitted into the New York State Bar. Mr. Chung is
registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Chung co-authored scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals including: "Optical Scatter Imaging Detects Mitochondrial Swelling
in Living Tissue Slices" - Neuroimage. 2000 November and "Protection by Rapid Chemical Preconditioning of Stressed Hippocampal Slice:
A Study of Cellular Swelling Using Optical Scatter Imaging" - Brain Research. 2002 July.
Mr. Chung is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications relating to electronic and electromechanical devices,

Harry Hild

Harry Hild received his B.S. in Materials Science with a Concentration in Ceramics from the N.S. College
of Ceramics at Alfred University in 1998. He received his J.D. and Masters in Intellectual Property from
Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2002. He was admitted to the N.Y. State Bar in 2003 and the Pennsylvania
State Bar in 2005. Mr. Hild is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Harry Hild's practice includes patent application drafting and prosecution in a wide variety of arts,
including inorganic chemistry, semi-conducting devices, metallurgy, ceramics, glass, and coatings, as well
as mechanical and electro-mechanical arts; intellectual property portfolio planning and management;
clearance, patentability, and infringement opinion rendering; and preparing intellectual property
agreements, such as patent licensing, joint and research development agreements, and confidentiality
agreements. Mr. Hild is also experienced in the management of foreign patent practice and management
of European patent oppositions.
Prior to joining Scully, Scott, Murphy and Presser, Mr. Hild managed all aspects of the intellectual property
portfolio of the automotive divisions of one of the world's largest aluminum companies.

Byeongju Park, Ph.D.

Byeongju Park received his B.S. cum laude in Physics from Seoul National University in 1987 and his M.S. in Physics and
Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1988 and 1994, respectively. Dr. Park
was a process engineer at Applied Materials between 1994 and 1996. Between 1996 and 2006, he worked on various semiconductor
processes and devices at International Business Machines Corporation.
Dr. Park was registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent agent in August, 2006. Dr. Park received his J.D.
magna cum laude from Hofstra School of Law in January, 2011. Dr. Park has been admitted to the state courts of New Jersey and New York in 2011,
and has been registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney in 2011. Dr. Park is a member of Phi Kappa Phi.
Dr. Park's expertise areas include solid state physics, semiconductor technology, and material science. He is an inventor on more than
30 U.S. patents, and has published 12 scholarly articles.

Michael A. Petrocelli

Michael A. Petrocelli received his B.S., Mechanical Engineering degree from
New York Institute of Technology in 1985 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1990. He is admitted
to the Connecticut State Bar; U.S. District Court, Connecticut, and Eastern District of N.Y.; and is
registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Petrocelli has completed coursework in the
Computer Science Masters program at Polytechnic University, Melville, NY.
Mr. Petrocelli was a Systems and Test Engineer at Grumman Aircraft Systems from 1982-1986.
He is experienced in all aspects of patent procurement with technical expertise in the fields
of computers, semiconductors, microelectronics, electronic devices, business methods, medical devices, and
mechanical devices. Mr. Petrocelli has also conducted patentability and infringement opinions.

Lynn M. Russo, Ph.D.

Lynn M. Russo received her B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, in 1996, her Ph.D. in Biology/Molecular Genetics from the
University of California, San Diego, in 2002, and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, New York, in 2008. Dr. Russo's graduate work
at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in San Diego, California, where she was the recipient of an NIH Developmental Biology Training Grant
and a Chapman Scholarship, involved characterization of genes involved in nervous system development and neurodegeneration.
Dr. Russo was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining SSMP, Dr. Russo worked for three years as a Law Clerk and Patent Agent for several Intellectual Property firms in the New York City
area, where she co-authored two papers on Intellectual Property which were presented by firm partners at regional and international conferences.
Dr. Russo's practice areas include biotechnology, genetics, molecular biology, cancer biology, immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, microarray
technology, and pharmaceuticals. She is experienced in U.S. and international patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, opinion work, due
diligence and invalidity analyses, and litigation.

Matthew Tropper

Matthew Tropper received his B.S.E.E. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1989, obtaining the highest available honors for his Major Qualifying Project -- work
on the vision subsystem of an autonomous mobile robot. Matthew received his J.D in 1992 from the John Marshall Law School, where he was invited onto Law
Review and published a peer-reviewed article entitled "Patentability of Genetically Engineered Life-Forms: Legal Issues and Solutions." He was admitted to the
N.Y. State Bar in 1993 and was registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in that same year.
Mr. Tropper previously worked as an engineer for the Grumman Corporation, writing software and performing radar cross-section measurements in an
RF laboratory. Mr. Tropper is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Mr. Tropper has significant experience with regard to client counseling, clearance opinions and technical claim construction matters. Matthew also
has extensive experience in patent prosecution, with technical expertise in computers, telecommunications, networking, software, consumer devices,
Internet shopping, lottery systems, business methods and medical devices.

Katherine R. Vieyra, M.S.

Katherine Vieyra received her B.A. in Mathematical Sciences from Rice University, M.CIS from Cleveland State
University in 1992, and J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1995. Ms. Vieyra is registered to
practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995.
Prior to joining Scully, Scott, Murphy & Presser, Ms. Vieyra was an associate at D. Peter Hochberg LPA
where she prepared and prosecuted patents, trademarks and copyrights. Ms. Vieyra has worked as a software
engineer for a diverse variety of corporations including Merrill Lynch, Alltel and the Cleveland Clinic
Foundation, and was an adjunct professor of Computer Science at Cleveland State University and Wayne College,
University of Akron. Ms. Vieyra is chair of the Copyright committee of the Cleveland Intellectual Property
Law Association and a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Ms. Vieyra is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the
areas of electrical engineering, computer science and diverse mechanical technologies.

Seth Weinfeld

Seth Weinfeld received his B.S., Electrical
and Computer Engineering with a Concentration in Applied Physics and
Data Storage Systems from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999. He received
his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2002.
He was admitted to the N.Y. State Bar in 2003. Mr. Weinfeld is registered
to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Weinfeld has experience in preparation and prosecution of patent
applications relating to electronic devices, fiber optic communication,
signal processing, and electromagnetic technologies, litigation,
invalidity and infringement opinions as well as licensing agreements.
