Hesong Cao received his B.S. and M.S. in Mechatronics from Beijing Institute of Technology (China).
He received his M.S. Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2006.
Prior to joining Scully, Scott, Murphy & Presser, Mr. Cao worked as a patent engineer from 2002 to
2005 at Liu, Shen & Associates (Beijing). He has experience in Chinese practice including patent
prosecution, reexamination and invalidation, patent strategy and analysis, patent portfolios management,
and client counseling with a focus on electro-mechanical devices, storage and display devices, optical
devices, semiconductor, and medical devices. Additional language includes Chinese Mandarin.

Dominick Tuccio

Dominick Tuccio has a background in Physics
and expects to receive his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering
in 2006 from New York Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Scully,
Scott, Murphy & Presser, Mr. Tuccio worked as a Technology Analyst
from 1995 to 2002 at Spencer & Associates Publishing. Ltd. He worked
as a technical/advertising manager for WorldLink Information Systems
from 1994-1995. Mr. Tuccio was a research assistant in the Physics
Department at Polytechnic University from 1992-1994. Mr. Tuccio is
affiliated with the American Institute of Physics, American Society
of Mechanical Engineers, and the Optical Society of America.
Mr. Tuccio is experienced in the preparation and
prosecution of patent applications in the areas of optics, digital
electronics, computer architecture, software algorithms, acoustics,
imaging, and related arts. He also has experience in Postscript
Level 2&3, Visual Basic 6, RealBasic 5, C/C++, Java 2, , AppleScript,
JavaScript 1.4, HTML with Document Object Models (DOM) and CSS2
