Bio
Frank DiGiglio received his B.S. in Biology from Boston College in 1975 and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1982. He was admitted to the N.Y. State Bar in 1983, the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of N.Y., N.Y. State Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals, and Federal Circuit. Mr. DiGiglio is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the N.Y.S. Biotechnology Association, NYIPA and AIPLA. Mr. DiGiglio is an Adjunct Professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Yeshiva University) in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Patent Law.
Mr. DiGiglio is experienced in patent and trademark litigation; extensive interference practice; Federal Circuit appeal practice; with technical emphasis in biotechnology, biochemistry and pharmaceutical sciences.
