Eunhee Park received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York, and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where she was on the editorial staff of Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and is registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Park is a member of the NYIPLA and AIPLA
Ms. Park’s undergraduate education at Columbia University not only includes advanced topics in computer science but also covers extensive study in mathematics and electronics. Before obtaining her law degree, Ms. Park worked in the computer industry for many years as a software engineer, gaining experience in operating system/kernel level programming, data communication networks, and designing and developing device communication systems and artificial intelligence programs.
Since graduating from law school, Ms. Park has been practicing intellectual property law, previously at a general practice law firm in New York City and now at an intellectual property boutique law firm on Long Island.
Ms. Park is experienced in various aspects of patent procurement, both domestic and foreign, specializing in the fields of computer systems and electronics. Ms. Park has prepared and prosecuted patent applications including those related to computer architecture, operating systems, communication networks, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, database systems, compilers, other computer and electronics technologies, and mechanical devices. She has regularly counseled clients in intellectual property matters with focus on patents, including providing due diligence and opinions relating to freedom to operate, patent infringement, validity, and patentability.
Ms. Park is a co-author of “Recent Cases Clarify Law on Transfer of Patent Rights,” New York Law Journal, January 22, 2002.
