Bio
Kejun Gu received his B.S. in Automatic Control from Beijing Institute of Technology (China). He further received his Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. He is registered to practice as a Patent Agent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Scully, Scott, Murphy & Presser, Mr. Gu worked as a patent agent assisting clients with their global patent portfolios. His expertise spans patent prosecution and post-grant procedures. Mr. Gu also served as a patent agent at Spruson & Ferguson (Beijing) from 2013 to 2017. His extensive experience in Beijing also includes roles as a patent agent at Beijing Hylands Law Firm, where he managed large patent families for Fortune 500 clients such as ZTE and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and as a patent engineer at Ella Cheong Beijing and Beijing Scihead Intellectual Property Co., Ltd.
